Cancellation Policy
Discovery Call Deposit A $50 deposit is required to schedule a Website Design Discovery Meeting. This deposit secures your appointment time and protects preparation time reserved specifically for you. Refund Policy The $50 deposit is refundable under the following conditions: • You attend the scheduled meeting and decide not to move forward • You move forward with your website project, in which case the $50 will be applied to your final website invoice Deposits are only refundable if you attend the scheduled meeting. Cancellation & Rescheduling If you cancel your meeting, the original $50 deposit is forfeited. You may reschedule within 12 hours of the meeting. If you do not attend your scheduled meeting without notice, the deposit is non refundable. This structure ensures time is reserved for artists who are serious about building a strategic website.
